How fast do you reply?
I reply personally. I do not promise a fixed time, because I am one developer and am sometimes in the middle of a build. If it is urgent, say so in the first line.
Is the flow diagram really free?
Yes. The flow diagram is free and yours to keep, whether or not we work together. Paid work starts only after a written scope, and nothing is priced until it is written down.
Should I send my documents or ID?
No. Please do not send passwords, ID numbers or payment details in a first message. A one-line idea is enough to start.
I only need a small fix. Is that fine?
Send it and I will say whether I can help. If a different kind of developer suits it better, I will tell you.
